Mission Statement
The Buffalo Public Schools’ Office of Pupil Personnel Services conducts Superintendent Long-Term Suspension hearings in accordance with Education Law 3214 and New York State Commissioner’s regulations. The office ensures that every student is afforded due process rights and a fair and impartial long-term suspension hearing.
