Mrs. Wendy Darling

     Hi! I'm Mrs. Darling. Teaching is an absolute passion of mine! I am so excited to work with you and your child! It's going to be a year full of fun, learning and lots of adventures.  I can't wait to see what the year has in store for us. I thought you might like to know a little bit about me. 

     I am married to my wonderful husband Jack who works as a librarian.  We have a daughter who is a school psychologist, a son who is a music teacher and a son who is a machinest.  My hobbies are reading, swimming, softball and dog walking.  I like to volunteer weekly at my church.

     I live in West Seneca with my husband and our dogs Mia and Bella. I went to high school in West Seneca, middle school and elementary school in the city of Buffalo.  I completed my undergrad and masters degrees at Buffalo State College.  I am the oldest of four children.

     I have been a teacher at Olmsted for over 30 years. GO OWLS!!! A majority of my teaching time has been spent in Kindergarten but I have also taught 1st, 2nd and 5th grade.
