March 2021: Checklists Updated **Discard all prior versions**
Electronic Contract Procedures: Please refer to the Contract Approval Instructions document below. The Contract Checklist outlines all of the documents that are required to be included with the contract.
Important: All documents should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org as separate file attachments in one single e-mail to complete the electronic approval and signature process. Senders should use the name of the contract as the e-mail subject. Please keep the checklist and the contract in Word .doc formats. We cannot accept scans from copiers. Once the contract has been electronically signed and approved by all parties, attach the completed .pdf packet to the requisition and release. DO NOT ATTACH AN UNSIGNED CONTRACT TO A REQUISITION.
